We are happy to offer Historic Harrisville tenants the opportunity to pay their rent online. We request that those paying by credit card add a convenience fee of 3% of the rent amount due when using this payment method.

If you have a non-urgent maintenance request, please email us the details, and we will respond as soon as we can.
If your maintenance issue is more urgent, please call the office at 603-827-3722 during business hours.
If your request is truly urgent (water leaking into your studio, heat not functioning, etc.), please call the office immediately at 603-827-3722. For after-hours emergencies, please follow the procedures detailed in our office phone message.
