Located on a small peninsula of high ground behind the Congregational Church, the cemetery is the burying ground of many Harris family members, including Bethuel and Deborah Harris, and seven of their ten children. Other tombstones bear the names of old Harrisville immigrant families. Stones with earlier markings indicate re-internments from private burying grounds.
